We fabricate products for a wide range of clients and industries including audio, HVAC, industrial, material handling, medical, lighting, office furniture, power conversion, and many more. Phoenix is able to offer a wide variety of materials, cutting, punching, forming, secondary operations, welding, powder coat finishing along with other added value capabilities. We strive to provide exceptional service with high attention to detail that will provide you with outstanding value for the products you need.

Phoenix has Strippit turret presses, Mitsubishi laser, Cincinnati press brakes, Lincoln welding equipment along with a variety of secondary equipment and processes. We typically work with steel, stainless and aluminum materials with thicknesses from 24G (.028″ nominal) to 1/4″ (.250″) thicknesses. In addition to punching and forming we also do a variety of secondary operations such inserting Pems, tapping, graining, edge conditioning and deburring.

We fabricates and stamps a variety of brackets that are used in different markets including audio, heavy duty truck industry, HVAC, lighting, mass transit, medical, military, office furniture, and many other industries. Materials include cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized, galvanneal, aluminum, copper, and phosphor bronze. We offer in house powder coating finish along with a variety of subcontract finishes including anodizing, black oxide, ecoat, & zinc plating.

Stainless Steel and Steel Cabinet Manufacturer

We are a full service custom cabinet manufacturer, specializing in industrial, storage and premium laboratory casework for OEM & dealer networks. Cabinets are typically fabricated from either steel or stainless steel materials. We start with sheet stock, punch and/or laser cut, form, weld, insert mounting hardware, and assemble parts to customer specifications.
